Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within Saudi Arabia only.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery within Saudi Arabia is 7–14 business days after shipment. Processing and delivery are separate timeframes.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is SAR 25 for orders below SAR 320. Shipping is free for orders of SAR 320 or more.

Order accuracy

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing an order. Address changes are not guaranteed, but we will try to update the address if the order has not shipped.

Separate shipments

If an order contains products from more than one fulfillment source, items may arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery delays

If delivery exceeds 15 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can review the shipment and available resolution options.

Failed delivery

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or failure to receive the order, the customer is responsible for any applicable re-shipping cost.

Value Added Tax (VAT) 15%

Product prices include 15% VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately in the order summary at checkout. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.
