Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to addresses within Saudi Arabia.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is SAR 25 for orders below SAR 320. Shipping is free for orders of SAR 320 or more.
How long does processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery within Saudi Arabia is 7–14 business days after shipment.
What if my order is delayed?
If delivery exceeds 15 business days after shipment, contact us so we can review the shipment and available resolution options.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are not guaranteed, but we will try to update the address if the order has not shipped.
Products & sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Use the measurements on the product page together with our Size Guide. Sizing can vary between styles.
Can I exchange a size directly?
No. For an eligible item, the process is return first and then place a new order for the preferred size.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have to request a return?
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
What condition must the item be in?
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with original tags attached.
Can sensitive products be returned?
Not after the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, except where the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer rights.
Can Final Sale items be returned?
No, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer rights.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment method may require additional time.
